Neurvane is operated by Hristijan Zlatevski. This page explains how information is handled when you visit the website, subscribe to product updates, or contact us.

Information handled by the website

If you subscribe to product updates, you provide your email address. The form also sends a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token to help prevent spam and abuse. If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to include.

Services that host and protect the website, process requests, and deliver emails may handle standard technical information such as IP address, browser information, request logs, and security metadata.

Services we use

• Cloudflare Pages hosts the website. Cloudflare handles website requests and related technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.
• Cloudflare Turnstile protects the signup form from spam and abuse. It may process technical information needed to verify a request. The check loads as you approach or interact with the form.
• A Cloudflare Worker receives your email address and verification token, validates the token, and passes an accepted email subscription to Brevo.
• Brevo stores email subscriptions and sends the product updates you signed up for. Its handling of service data is described in Brevo’s privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use subscription information to send occasional Neurvane Focus product updates, such as major releases and important product changes. Contact information you send by email is used to respond to your message.

Signing up is optional. You do not need to subscribe to install or use the extension. We do not sell your email address or use it for advertising.

Retention, unsubscribe, and deletion

We keep subscription information while you remain subscribed to product updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails or contact [email protected]. If you unsubscribe, your email is removed from the active mailing list within 30 days.

You can request a copy of information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion by emailing us. We handle deletion requests within 30 days. Service providers may retain limited technical or suppression records under their own policies or applicable requirements.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional data-protection rights. If you are in the European Union, you can raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

Cookies, tracking, and locally served media

This website does not run Google Analytics or other website visitor-tracking services, and does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Turnstile is used for abuse prevention, not advertising. Cloudflare may process technical security information as described above.

The website’s fonts, screenshots, and demo video are served with the site. They do not use Google Fonts, a YouTube player, or another embedded media service.

Optional third-party destinations

Chrome Web Store links include nonpersonal campaign labels. A small helper reads only predefined, approved values for utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign from the current page address and adds them to those links. The helper does not store labels or identifiers in cookies or browser storage, or send analytics requests. Google receives the labels when you follow a store link and may include them in aggregate store reporting. Standard website requests are handled as described above.

The site links to the Chrome Web Store, a Google Forms feedback form, LinkedIn, and the Neurvane Lab editorial publication on Substack. Visiting those destinations is your choice, and their own privacy policies apply.

Neurvane Lab is a separate editorial subscription. Signing up for Neurvane Focus product updates here does not subscribe you to Substack, and subscribing on Substack does not add you to this product-update list.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to how this website handles information, we will update this page and its last-updated date.
